Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to join our team at our Lower Parel, Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 months of experience in Accounts Payable and basic knowledge of Oracle ERP/Oracle Software. Fresh professionals with Oracle ERP exposure are also encouraged to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and process vendor payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain AP records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 3–4 months of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP/Oracle Software is preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good communication and MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Candidate based in Mumbai or willing to work from the Lower Parel office
