Job Description

Shiva Enterprises is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to generate leads and follow up with customers for Home Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, and Car Loans.

Responsibilities:

• Call prospective customers and explain loan products.

• Follow up on existing leads and inquiries.

• Collect basic customer information and loan requirements.

• Schedule meetings between customers and loan advisors.

• Maintain daily call records and lead status.

• Coordinate with banks and customers for document collection.

• Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
