Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will call potential and existing customers, explain our services, and assist them with their requirements. You should have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company services and answer customer questions
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable service solutions
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication
• Maintain customer records and interaction details
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support and service delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer service
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and customer-focused approach

Work Details:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
