HR Recruiter Cum Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter cum Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates while also handling outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, schedule interviews, and maintain strong communication with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Maintain candidate and client databases with updated records.
• Achieve daily calling and recruitment targets.
• Prepare recruitment and calling reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, telecalling, or customer service (freshers may also apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

Salary - As per company standards (based on experience and performance).

Working Hours - Full-time, Monday to Saturday (or as per company policy)
