Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Travel Services (B2B)


Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional to drive B2B revenue by acquiring and managing corporate clients for travel services, including flights, hotels, MICE, visa assistance, and end-to-end travel management solutions.


Key Responsibilities

✔ Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Generate and convert leads into long-term business relationships

✔ Client Management

  • Build strong relationships with HR, Admin, and Finance stakeholders
  • Understand client travel requirements and provide tailored solutions

✔ Sales & Revenue Targets

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Drive consistent revenue growth from corporate accounts

✔ Proposal & Negotiation

  • Prepare customized travel proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively

✔ Account Servicing

  • Coordinate with operations teams for seamless bookings, invoicing, and support
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

✔ Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor offerings, pricing trends, and corporate travel policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve service positioning

✔ Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Share weekly pipeline updates, reports, and forecasts

Requirements

✔ Experience:

  • 3–4 years in corporate/B2B sales (travel, hospitality, or service industry preferred)

✔ Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Good understanding of corporate travel processes

✔ Knowledge (Preferred):

  • GDS systems, travel portals, MICE handling, and corporate travel policies

✔ Education:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • MBA or Travel & Tourism background preferred

✔ Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Highly target-driven with strong follow-up skills
