📞 Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company databases

☎️ Handle inbound calls & property inquiries professionally

🏙️ Explain project details – location, pricing, amenities & payment plans

🔎 Understand customer requirements & recommend suitable properties

📅 Generate qualified leads & schedule site visits for the sales team

🤝 Maintain strong follow-ups & relationship management

📝 Manage call logs and prepare sales reports

🎯 Achieve daily, weekly & monthly call and lead targets

💬 Handle objections confidently & provide accurate information

🔄 Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to improve conversions
