*Job Responsibilities* 


Property sales and rentals handling


Client leads follow-up and conversion


Property site visits coordination


Customer requirements understanding and suitable property suggestions


Property details collection and database maintenance


Negotiation and deal closure support


Daily sales reports submission


Building good relationships with clients and property owners


 *Requirements* 


Any Degree / Diploma


Good communication and negotiation skills


Basic computer and smartphone knowledge


Experience in real estate preferred (Freshers can also apply)
