Job Description

Call and follow up with student leads who have shown interest in MBBS abroad


Understand student requirements and guide them with suitable options


Explain admission process, university details, and fee structure clearly


Build trust with students and parents through effective communication


Maintain proper follow-up and convert leads into admissions


Update daily call records and lead status in the system


Requirements:


Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English


Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability

Ability to handle parents and students professionally


Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Previous calling or counselling experience is a plus (freshers can also apply)
