Job Description

📌 Loan Sales Executive – SBS Solution  

Location: Narhe, Pune  

Process: Loan Sales  


 💼 Compensation  

- Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 + incentives  

- Experienced:₹13,000 – ₹15,000 + incentives  


🎯 Role  

Promote loan products, engage with customers, drive sales conversions, and ensure smooth loan processing with excellent service.  


🛠 Responsibilities  

- Identify & approach potential customers  

- Explain loan features & eligibility  

- Assist with applications & documentation  

- Achieve sales targets  

- Maintain customer relationships & after-sales support  


🎓 Qualification  

- Minimum: HSc  

- Preferred: Graduate (any discipline)  


👤 Openings  

- Freshers: 10 (strong communication, eager to learn)  

- Experienced: 7 (loan sales/banking/finance background preferred)  


 ✅ Skills  

- Excellent communication & persuasion  

- Customer-centric approach  

- Negotiation ability  

- Basic financial knowledge (preferred)
