Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Field Collection Executive to manage customer visits for the recovery of overdue payments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, maintain professional conduct during customer interactions, and ensure collections are completed in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at assigned locations to collect overdue payments.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while resolving payment-related concerns.
• Negotiate payment plans and encourage timely repayment.
• Update collection status, customer feedback, and visit reports in the company's mobile application or system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical collection practices.
• Coordinate with the Collection Manager regarding difficult or high-risk cases.
• Verify customer information and update records whenever required.
• Safeguard company assets, documents, and customer information.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in field collections, sales, recovery, or customer service is an added advantage.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle preferred.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
