Job Description

Job Opening: Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and hardworking Telecaller who can efficiently handle both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate clearly with customers, provide accurate information about our products/services, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls

Explain product/service details clearly to customers

Follow up with potential leads on a regular basis

Maintain daily call and follow-up reports

Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Basic computer knowledge is required

Positive attitude with willingness to learn

Job Details:

Location: Noida, Sector 18 Wave Silver Tower 5th Floor / Gurgaon sector 49, spaze I tech park B-2 building

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on interview & experience)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
