Job Description

About the Group

The group comprises businesses operating across mobility, transportation, electric mobility, EV charging infrastructure, and fleet operations:

  1. Universal Bus Services – Premium intercity bus operations.
  2. Ziel Mobility – Electric commercial vehicle mobility platform.
  3. MANA Energy Solutions – EV charging infrastructure and energy solutions.
  4. Green Energy Mobility Solutions – Electric buses, trucks, and sustainable mobility solutions.

The HR & Administration function will support all group companies from the corporate office at Poonamallee.

 

Job Purpose

To manage the complete HR administration, office administration, employee records, statutory documentation, and employee support activities across all group companies.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee master database and personnel files.
  • Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, ID cards, and HR documents.
  • Handle employee documentation, contracts, and records.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee data.
  • Coordinate employee exits and full & final settlements.

 

2. Payroll & Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts.
  • Maintain records related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory requirements.
  • Support labour law compliance and documentation.
  • Maintain contractor and manpower records.

3. Office Administration

  • Manage office facilities and administrative support.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office vendors.
  • Handle stationery, office supplies, and asset records.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and employee logistics.
  • Maintain office assets and inventory.

4. Employee Engagement

  • Organize employee events and engagement activities.
  • Support grievance handling and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and induction programs.

5. MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports.
  • Maintain employee attrition and attendance reports.
  • Support management with HR analytics and administrative reports.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 3–6 years of HR administration experience.
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and HR processes.
  • Strong documentation and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
