Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer who can transform 2D drawings and design concepts into high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior and architectural design, lighting, materials, composition, and rendering techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models for interior and exterior projects.
• Produce realistic renders with proper lighting, materials, and camera compositions.
• Interpret CAD drawings, floor plans, and design briefs accurately.
• Apply realistic textures, furniture, décor, and landscaping.
• Create multiple camera angles as per project requirements.
• Make revisions based on client and designer feedback.
• Optimize scenes for efficient rendering without compromising quality.
• Maintain organized project files and follow company standards.
• Coordinate with interior designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max.
• Good experience with Corona Renderer or V-Ray.
• Knowledge of Photoshop for post-production.
• Understanding of lighting, materials, color balance, and composition.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and architectural plans.
• Good modeling skills for furniture and interior elements.

Basic knowledge of interior design principles.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Preferred SkillsExperience with SketchUp, Revit, D5 Render, or Lumion.
• Knowledge of animation or walkthrough creation.
• Basic understanding of AI tools for visualization workflows.

Candidate RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio of interior and architectural visualization projects.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
