Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to handle generated leads from online platforms and marketing campaigns. The role involves contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing product details, and coordinating with the sales team for order conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with leads generated through platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, Online Platform Etc
Explain company products and solutions (such as Sewage Treatment Plants, Effluent Treatment Plants, FRP Tanks, and Precast RCC Tanks etc ) to customers.
Collect technical and commercial requirements from clients.
Coordinate with the sales and design team for quotation preparation.
Maintain and update lead records in the CRM.
Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure timely closure.
Share daily / weekly follow-up reports with management.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills.
Confident, target-oriented, and customer-friendly approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
