Technical Knowledge & SkillsThe candidate must have hands-on experience in:

• PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
• APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
• IATF 16949 Quality Management System (if you meant "IASO," this is likely the standard you intended)
• Core Quality Tools:FMEA
• SPC
• MSA
• Control Plan
• 8D Problem Solving
• Root Cause Analysis
• Preparation and maintenance of PPAP documentation.
• Conducting internal process and product audits.
• Customer complaint handling and CAPA implementation.
• Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Inspection using precision measuring instruments, including:
• Air Gauge
• Bore Dial Gauge
• Vernier Caliper
• Micrometer (Inside & Outside)
• Height Gauge
• Dial Indicator
• Plug Gauges
• Ring Gauges
• Thread Gauges
• Ability to read and interpret inspection reports.
• Basic knowledge of CMM inspection is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit PPAP documents to customers.
• Lead APQP activities for new product development.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Conduct dimensional inspections using Air Gauges, Bore Dial Gauges, and other precision instruments.
• Monitor process capability and implement corrective actions.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement CAPA.
• Coordinate with production, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
