Job Description
We are hiring for Office Boy / Peon
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
2. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
3. Handle office errands such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery.
4. Assist with receiving and dispatching courier parcels and mail.
5. Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
6. Ensure pantry supplies and office stationery are stocked and organized.
7. Arrange meeting rooms and assist during meetings when required.
8. Perform other general office maintenance and support duties as assigned.
