About the Creator

Harsh Solanki creates short-form and long-form content focused on documentary-style case study storytelling. The content is research-driven, narrative-focused, and designed to educate, inspire, and retain audiences across platforms like YouTube and Instagram.

We’re building a strong in-house content team and are looking for a Senior Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and modern editing workflows — including AI-powered tools.

Role Overview

As a Senior Video Editor, you’ll work on both long-form documentary/case study videos and short-form content derived from them. You’ll collaborate closely with Harsh to shape narratives, improve retention, and maintain a high creative standard across all content.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, experimentation, and ownership of the editing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form documentary & case study videos (YouTube-focused)
• Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) from long-form content
• Build strong narratives with clear structure, pacing, and flow
• Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro and create motion graphics in After Effects
• Add b-roll, sound effects, music, captions, and visual enhancements
• Maintain consistency in style, quality, and branding
• Collaborate directly with Harsh on creative direction and improvements
• Use AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and output quality
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing
• Strong portfolio with story-driven short-form and/or long-form edits
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Good understanding of storytelling, hooks, and audience retention
• Working knowledge of AI tools for video editing/content workflows
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Willingness to work from Indore (MP)

Nice to Have

• Experience with documentary or case-study style content
• Understanding of YouTube retention and content analytics
• Motion graphics and visual storytelling skills
• Experience repurposing long-form videos into short-form clips
