About the Role: The Production Engineer is responsible for leading and managing the entire production process to achieve company targets in quality, quantity, and cost. The role involves planning daily operations, supervising teams, and ensuring smooth coordination between the factory, office, and site. The candidate should have good leadership and communication skills, be able to read and understand technical drawings, and stay actively updated on all factory and site activities. The person must also coordinate effectively with vendors to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth production flow.

Job Responsibility-

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Basic Knowledge of CNC Machine, Bending, Drilling & Laser Cutting Machine.

● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

● Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.

● Identifying deficiencies in the production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance. ● Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the production team.
