Job Description

  • Call doctors from the database shared by the Business Development team.
  • Introduce current job opportunities across hospitals and medical colleges.
  • Understand candidates' qualifications, specialization, experience, salary expectations, and preferred location.
  • Generate interest and encourage doctors to share their updated CVs.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and recruiters.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update candidate status in the database.
  • Follow up with interested candidates until interview and joining stages.
