Field Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers with experience in Life Insurance sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to generate business, meet sales targets, and drive customer acquisition through field sales activities.

Candidates should be comfortable with direct customer interactions, field visits, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Generate leads and identify potential customers for Life Insurance products

Acquire new customers through field sales and relationship-building activities

Promote and sell Life Insurance products as per customer requirements

Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

Address customer concerns and provide timely support

Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle

Market & Field Activities

Conduct field visits and sales meetings regularly

Explore local markets and identify new business opportunities

Participate in promotional and business development activities

Keep track of market trends and competitor activities

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities

Share daily updates with reporting managers

Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and documentation

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance sales

Minimum qualification: HSC Pass

Good communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with field sales activities and customer meetings
