We're looking for an experienced Certification Advisor to join our team, guiding clients in selecting the right certification to meet their business goals.

Job Description:

As a Certification Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in understanding client needs and recommending the ISO certifications that best align with their industry, objectives, and compliance requirements. This position requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of ISO standards, and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations to understand client requirements and recommend suitable ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Provide detailed guidance on certification processes, benefits, and timelines.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless certification journey for clients.
• Stay updated on ISO standards and related industry trends.
• Maintain records of client interactions, recommendations, and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ISO certification or consulting, ideally with ISO standards such as 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.
• Strong understanding of various ISO certifications and their business applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and an analytical mindset.
• Experience in sales or client advisory roles is an advantage.
