Job Summary
Radhey Pharma is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop and maintain relationships with international clients, promote pharmaceutical products, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to overseas clients according to their requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
Respond to client inquiries and provide product information, quotations, and pricing.
Negotiate terms, finalize orders, and follow up on payments.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely delivery.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and online marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or export sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of international trade and export procedures is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Preferred Skills
International client handling experience.
Understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, tablets, injections, and healthcare products.
Strong presentation and business development skills.
Fluency in English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
