In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients at various stages of their careers—helping them identify their strengths, set practical professional goals, and navigate the modern job market successfully. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of employment trends, and a passion for mentoring others toward success.

Key Responsibilities:

• One-on-One Counseling: Conduct personalized career assessment and advisory sessions to understand clients' professional goals, skills, interests, and areas for improvement.
• Resume & Profile Optimization: Guide clients in crafting impactful, ATS-friendly resumes, compelling cover letters, and optimizing their professional social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Job Search Strategy: Assist clients in designing proactive job search blueprints, mapping out networking approaches, and identifying relevant industries or career pivots.
• Interview Prep & Mock Sessions: Conduct realistic mock interviews, provide constructive feedback, and coach clients on negotiation tactics for job offers and salary packages.
• Workshop Facilitation: Plan and deliver engaging group training sessions, webinars, or workshops covering career development and soft-skill enhancement.
• Market Alignment: Keep track of evolving industry demands, hiring patterns, and local job market trends to provide up-to-date, actionable advice
