  • Key Responsibilities (Kya kaam karna hoga):Content & Scripting: YouTube Shorts aur Insta Reels ke liye high-engaging scripts likhna, aur achhi copy/captions ready karna.
  • YouTube Growth: Channel manage karna, CTR badhane ke liye titles/thumbnails optimize karna, aur Community Tab active rakhna.
  • Telegram & Insta Management: Telegram par quizzes aur study material share karna aur Instagram par daily active rehna.
  • Team Coordination: In-house video editors se coordinate karke best output nikalwana.
  • Analysis: Views, audience retention, aur analytics dekh kar content strategy ko improve karna.
