Operations Executive – SD Academia
About the Role:
SD Academia is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics and ensure smooth dispatch of student material kits. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the packaging team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Perform quality checks on material kits before shipment
- Maintain inventory and dispatch records using MS Excel
- Handle student queries related to orders via WhatsApp and calls (Hindi & English)
- Coordinate with vendors for basic procurement requirements
- Ensure timely deliveries and resolve operational issues as needed
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Prior experience in operations/logistics is preferred but not mandatory
