Senior Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our training programs.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams for smooth lead management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is preferred.
• Ability to work under targets with a positive and professional attitude.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
