Purchase Assistant

• Job Responsibilities -
• Assist in procurement of raw materials, consumables, tools, and other company requirements.
• Prepare and send Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and pending materials.
• Compare vendor quotations and maintain records.
• Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts departments.
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
• Track material delivery schedules and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Update supplier database and vendor details.
• Prepare purchase reports and MIS as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

• Required Skills -
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
• Good analytical and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.

Salary₹16,800to ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)
