Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Counter Sales Executive for our sweet shop. The candidate will assist customers, handle billing, maintain product displays, and ensure excellent customer service at the sales counter.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and help them choose sweets, snacks, and bakery items.
• Explain product details, prices, offers, and fresh arrivals.
• Pack items neatly and maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle billing, cash, UPI, card payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain stock display and refill shelves/counters when needed.
• Keep the counter and shop area clean and organized.
• Support daily opening and closing activities.
• Coordinate with kitchen/store staff for stock availability.
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
• Previous retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festival seasons.
• Honest, punctual, and well-groomed.
• Preferred SkillsSales and upselling ability.
• Teamwork and positive attitude.
• Basic English and local language communication.
