Job Summary

Laxmisuman Enterprises is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our customer base across Uttar Pradesh. The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting dealers, distributors, and customers to generate orders for agricultural equipment and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit assigned territories across Uttar Pradesh for business development.

* Promote and sell the company's agricultural equipment.

* Generate new business opportunities and secure customer orders.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.

* Conduct market surveys and identify potential customers.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Eligibility

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.

* Experience in Field Sales is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh.

* Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

* Net Salary: ₹15,000 per month
