Job Description

Job Title: Tele Counsellor

Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (Infini Music Academy)


Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives


Timings: 11am to 7.30pm


Job Description:

We are hiring a Tele Counsellor for our Indirapuram branch of Infini Music Academy.


Responsibilities:


  • Call and follow up with interested leads from Instagram and Google Ads (No cold calling)


  • Convince potential students to visit the academy for counselling and trial classes


  • Manage admission database and batch scheduling


  • Handle student queries and coordinate with faculty



Requirements:


  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English


  • Comfortable talking to students and parents on the phone


  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets


  • Must be organized and punctual
