Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a Cloud Support Executive who can provide technical and functional support to clients using Cloud, ERP, and Business Automation solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, client training, troubleshooting, and onsite support visits.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesCloud SupportManage and support cloud-hosted applications.
  • Troubleshoot user access, connectivity, and performance issues.
  • Coordinate with cloud infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
  • Monitor cloud services and ensure uptime.
  • Product ImplementationInstall, configure, and deploy software solutions.
  • Implement ERP and business applications as per client requirements.
  • Assist clients during onboarding and migration processes.
  • Prepare implementation and setup documentation.
  • Client Support & TrainingProvide remote and onsite technical support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
  • Assist clients in understanding software features and workflows.
  • Resolve client queries within defined timelines.
  • Functional SupportUnderstand accounting, inventory, sales, and purchase processes.
  • Guide clients on software usage and best practices.
  • Gather requirements for customization and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with the development team for project execution.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain regular communication with clients.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Follow up on pending issues and implementation activities.
  • Required SkillsTechnical SkillsBasic knowledge of Cloud Hosting / Remote Desktop Environment.
  • Windows Server and Networking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of ERP applications.
  • Basic database understanding.
  • Remote support tools experience.
  • Functional SkillsUnderstanding of Accounting & Inventory processes.
  • Knowledge of Tally Prime preferred.
  • Odoo ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Soft SkillsExcellent communication skills.
  • Client handling and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
