Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Contact leads generated through Google, social media, websites, and other online platforms.
- Understand students' learning requirements and guide them regarding stock market courses.
- Explain course details, curriculum, fees, batch timings, and career opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead records and update student interactions in the CRM/software.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with faculty and administration teams regarding student onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent counseling support.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and student inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of sales, counseling, and customer relationship management.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication.
- Knowledge of the stock market is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
