Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 Operate CNC machines as per production and job requirements.

 Handle CNC Turning Centre / Sliding Head machines; relevant experience is preferred.

 Perform machine loading, unloading and basic tool adjustments.

 Read engineering drawings and job specifications.

 Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.

 Monitor machine operations and maintain dimensional accuracy.

 Maintain production and quality records.

 Follow 5S, safety and shop-floor procedures.

 Support achievement of daily production targets and quality requirements.

Required Skills

CNC machine operation, basic drawing reading, measuring instruments, shop-floor discipline and willingness to work

in rotational shifts.

Immediate joiners preferred.
