Job Opening: Account Assistant


Key Responsibilities:


  • Draft customer communications and standard responses.
  • Prepare customized monthly market share reports.
  • Assist Account Managers in account reconciliation of major customers.
  • Record employee claims in the manual register at the State Office.
  • Collate customer complaints and customer satisfaction survey data.
  • Assist in maintaining quarterly/monthly end-use certificates.
  • Handle vendor payment documentation
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by territory/customer staff from time to time.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and drafting skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
