Job Description
Visit customers to collect overdue payments as per the assigned route.
Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and payment commitments.
Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.
Explain payment options and resolve customer queries professionally.
Record customer interactions, payment status, and visit outcomes accurately.
Submit daily collection reports and update collection records.
Coordinate with the collection team and supervisors regarding difficult cases.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical collection practices.
