Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Female Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, convert leads into customers, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling client interactions, and the ability to build strong customer relationships through calls and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business leads through online platforms, market research, and other lead generation activities. • Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. • Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services. • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions. • Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support. • Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the CRM system. • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and sales forecasts. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities. • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.
