About Chocoroost

Chocoroost is a premium food and confectionery brand focused on delivering innovative chocolates, desserts, snacks, and healthy indulgence products. We are expanding rapidly across cafés, bakeries, gift stores, supermarkets, modern trade, and premium retail outlets.

We are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives who can build strong relationships with retailers, cafés, and distributors while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Visit assigned retail outlets, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, gift stores, and corporate clients.
• Introduce and promote Chocoroost products.
• Generate new orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Expand product placement and visibility in stores.
• Identify and onboard new retail partners.

Market Coverage

• Conduct daily market visits as per route plan.
• Ensure availability of Chocoroost products in assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Collect market intelligence and customer feedback.

Merchandising & Branding

• Ensure proper product display and shelf visibility.
• Place promotional materials and branding elements.
• Coordinate sampling and in-store promotional activities.

Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with shop owners, café owners, and purchasing managers.
• Resolve retailer concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain regular communication with customers.

Reporting

• Submit daily visit reports.
• Track orders, collections, and stock movement.
• Maintain customer database and follow-up records.

Required Skills

• Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of FMCG/Food industry is preferred.

Eligibility

Education

• Minimum 12th Pass
• Graduate preferred

Experience

• Fresher to 3 years experience
• FMCG, food products, confectionery, bakery, snacks, or beverage sales experience preferred

Other Requirements

• Two-wheeler preferred
• Valid driving licence preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
