Job Summary

The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, understanding their furniture requirements, demonstrating products, generating sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving showroom sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer ServiceWelcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
• Demonstrate product features, quality, materials, and benefits.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
• Convert walk-in customers into successful sales.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain positive relationships with customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Showroom MaintenanceEnsure furniture displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain product tags, pricing information, and promotional materials.
• Assist in showroom merchandising and product arrangement.
• Ensure showroom cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained at all times.
• Sales AdministrationUpdate customer details and sales records in the system.
• Generate invoices and coordinate payment collection processes.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to the reporting manager.
• Team SupportParticipate in sales meetings, product training, and promotional activities.
• Support showroom events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve showroom objectives.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's Degree or Higher Secondary qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, furniture sales, home décor, consumer durables, or a similar industry.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
