About the Role:-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful property sales.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
• Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and documentation process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Eligibility:-

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
