3D Visualizer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Artist to bring envisioned office spaces to life. You will collaborate closely with our architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate 2D floor plans and conceptual briefs into photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs. Your visuals will act as a vital bridge in our design-build process, helping clients visualize their dream workspace before physical construction begins.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Develop accurate and highly detailed 3D models of commercial office spaces, workstations, boardrooms, breakout areas, and lobbies based on architectural CAD drawings and rough sketches.
• Texturing & Lighting: Apply realistic textures, materials (glass, metal, wood, fabric), and professional lighting schemes to create immersive, atmospheric renders that showcase the intended office ambiance.
• Design Collaboration: Work alongside the design team to refine space planning, furniture layouts, and architectural finishes based on client feedback and material specifications.
• Client Presentations: Produce stunning still renders, panoramic views, and animated walkthroughs that help clients, investors, and internal stakeholders approve design concepts.
• Asset Optimization: Maintain and organize a library of 3D assets (office furniture, fixtures, decor) and optimize 3D environments for fast rendering without compromising visual quality.
• Adherence to Timelines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule to facilitate smooth project execution and pitching phases.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Experience: [e.g., 2 to 5 years] of professional experience in 3D visualization, specifically focused on commercial, corporate, or architectural interiors.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit).
• Expertise in render engines such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
• Ability to use post-production tools like Adobe Photoshop for image compositing and color correction.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional creative vision, strong eye for detail, color composition, and lighting. Must have excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas.
