Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue planning.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
