Job Description
काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- CNC Turning / VMC Machine ऑपरेट करना।
- Drawing के अनुसार Programming एवं Setting करना।
- Flanges एवं Instrument Fittings की Machining करना।
- Job की Dimension Vernier, Micrometer एवं Gauges से Check करना।
- Tool Change एवं Tool Offset सही तरीके से Maintain करना।
- Production Target समय पर पूरा करना।
- Machine एवं Work Area साफ-सुथरा रखना।
- Daily Production Report भरना।
- Machine में कोई Problem हो तो तुरंत Supervisor को बताना।
- Material की Wastage कम रखना।
- Quality के अनुसार Job तैयार करना।
आवश्यक योग्यता:
- ITI Turner / Machinist या Diploma (Mechanical)।
- CNC Turning / VMC का 2–5 वर्ष का अनुभव।
- Fanuc Control की Basic Programming एवं Operation का ज्ञान।
- Engineering Drawing पढ़ने की समझ।
- Vernier, Micrometer एवं Measuring Instruments का उपयोग आना चाहिए।
- जिम्मेदारी से काम करने वाला एवं Team में काम करने की क्षमता।
