Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving showroom sales by assisting walk-in customers, understanding their mobility needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process. The role involves explaining product features, arranging test rides, generating and following up on sales leads, achieving monthly sales targets, and assisting customers with financing, insurance, registration, and delivery procedures. The Sales Executive is expected to maintain a high standard of customer service, ensure the showroom is well-presented, keep up-to-date with product knowledge, and build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills, along with a target-driven approach, are essential for success in this role.
