Job Description
AI Tools & Automation
• Assist in identifying and implementing AI tools to improve team productivity
• Use AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) for research support.
• Help automate repetitive tasks using AI-powered workflows and no-code/low-code tools
• Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and recommend relevant ones to the team
Computer & Technical Support
• Provide day-to-day computer assistance to team members (troubleshooting, file management, software queries)
• Manage and organise digital files, documents, and databases
• Support the team with spreadsheets, presentations, and document formatting (MS Office / Google Workspace)
• Assist with basic data entry, data cleaning, and reporting
Research & Documentation
• Conduct AI-assisted research and compile structured summaries
• Document processes, create how-to guides, and maintain knowledge bases
• Prepare reports and presentations using AI and office tools
