Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Team Building
• Identify, recruit, and onboard talented Financial Executives (Advisors).
• Build a productive and sustainable advisor network.
• Ensure timely activation of newly recruited advisors.
• Conduct recruitment drives, referrals, and networking activities to expand the advisor
base.
Training & Development
• Train advisors on company products, sales processes, compliance, and customer
relationship management.
• Mentor and motivate advisors to enhance productivity and professional growth.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, field visits, and business reviews.
Business Development
• Drive business through the advisor network across:
o Life Insurance
o Health Insurance
o General Insurance
o Mutual Funds
o Loans
o Share Trading & Investment Services
• Assist advisors in customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Support advisors during client meetings and business closures.
• Achieve assigned business targets across multiple product categories.
Sales Management
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
• Monitor advisor performance through regular reviews and performance tracking.
• Identify business opportunities in existing and untapped markets.
• Ensure consistent achievement of individual and team business targets.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Ensure superior customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.
• Support customers throughout the policy lifecycle, including renewals and claim
assistance.
• Promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across various financial products.
Market Development
• Identify new business opportunities through market mapping and segmentation.
• Build strategic relationships with local communities, business groups, and referral
partners.
• Increase the company's visibility and brand presence in the assigned territory.
