Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of construction activities. The candidate should be capable of handling labour teams, coordinating with contractors, monitoring material usage, and ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities at site with layout etc.
• Manage labour workforce and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing and other civil works.
• Check quality of workmanship and maintain construction standards.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Coordinate material receipt, storage and consumption at site.
• Ensure proper safety practices and site discipline.
• Report project progress, issues and material requirements to management.
• Verify measurements and assist in quantity tracking.

Requirements:

• Experience in construction site supervision.
• Ability to read construction drawings and execute work accordingly.
• Strong labour management and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, quality control and site safety.
• Self-motivated and capable of independently handling site activities.

Experience: 3years - 5 years

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills
