🧑‍🏫 Job Title:Preschool Counselor & Center Coordinator

🏢 Location:Shastripuram

📅 Experience Required:Minimum 2–5 years in Early Childhood Education / Preschool Counseling / Center Management

🎯 Key Responsibilities:🌟

1. Counseling & Parent InteractionAct as the first point of contact for prospective parents

• Conduct school tours and counseling sessions to showcase the preschool’s curriculum, teaching methods, and child-centric approach
• Understand parent needs and recommend the right program
• Manage admissions and enrollment conversions through effective communication and follow-ups

🏫 2. Center Coordination & AdministrationEnsure smooth day-to-day operations of the center

• Manage scheduling of activities, events, and classes
• Coordinate between parents, staff, and management for effective communication
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Maintain all administrative records like student databases, fees, attendance, etc.

👩‍🏫 3. Staff Supervision & SupportSupport and guide teaching and non-teaching staff

• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
• Ensure timely execution of the curriculum and activities

📈 4. Marketing & OutreachPlan and participate in local marketing activities, events, and campaigns

• Build strong community relationships with local vendors, schools, pediatricians, and parenting groups
• Maintain a positive online and offline presence for the preschool

• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools / MIS reporting
• 🎓 Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
• Certification/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Counseling (preferred)
