Customer Care Executive – Lavie LuxuryLocation: Agra

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:Lavie Luxury is hiring a Customer Care Executive to manage customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience across WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries and complaints across channels
  • Resolve order, delivery, and return-related issues
  • Coordinate with logistics for order tracking
  • Assist in COD confirmations and order verification
  • Upsell/cross-sell products when relevant
  • Requirements:1–3 years in customer support (E-commerce preferred)
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify/CRM tools (preferred)
  • Ability to handle high query volumes
