Job Description
Telecalling & Data Management Executive (Female)
About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and organized female candidate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound client calls and managing administrative data on the computer. If you have good communication skills and a basic understanding of computers, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Proactively calling new and existing clients to provide information about our services.
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate client records using computer software (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
- Reporting: Preparing daily reports on call outcomes and follow-ups.
- Office Support: Assisting with general back-office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Email management is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience preferred (Freshers with good communication are welcome).
- Attitude: A confident, polite, and professional approach while speaking with clients.
