Job Description
Department Marketing & E-Commerce
Reporting To: Founder
Purpose of the Role: To execute and optimise the company’s online sales and marketing operations by managing product listings, digital advertisements, marketplace optimisation, performance reporting, and marketing analytics across multiple platforms.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Advertising:
- Upload and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. (Provided by Marketing team)
- Monitor daily ad performance and budgets.
- Track ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM and other key advertising metrics.
- Highlight underperforming campaigns and recommend optimisations.
2. Amazon Marketplace Management
- Create and update product listings.
- Optimise titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend keywords.
- Research and update Amazon SEO keywords.
- Coordinate catalogue updates, images and A+ content with marketing team
- Track listing health and suppressions.
- Monitor organic keyword rankings.
- Review Management
3. Website Management
- Upload new products.
- Update product descriptions, pricing and inventory.
- Maintain website collections and landing pages.
- Ensure product information remains accurate and up to date.
- Monitor GoQwik platoform and META to get in touch with abandoned carts.
4. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare Daily MIS reports.
- Prepare Weekly Performance Reports.
- Prepare Monthly Business Reports.
- Consolidate sales, advertising and website analytics.
- Create sales projection and budget expnses for META & Amazon Spends
- Create dashboards to monitor KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
5. Marketing Analytics:
- Track advertising spends across all channels.
- Monitor ROAS, ACOS, TACOS and profitability.
- Analyse product-wise, campaign wise performance.
- Track sales trends and customer behaviour.
- Generate actionable insights for management.
6. Marketplace Coordination
- Coordinate catalogue updates.
- Support promotional campaigns.
- Monitor stock and coordiante shipment with amazon warehouse
7. Documentation:
- Maintain organised records of campaigns.
- Archive reports and performance trackers.
- Present monthly sales projections and marketing expenses.
- Track projections vs actual sales/expenses
- Update SOPs and process documentation whenever required.
